Once all of the players have made their decisions, it’s time to reveal the dealer’s card. The dealer must hit on a hand of 16 or less and stand on a hand of 17 or more.
If the dealer has a blackjack, they will sweep all of the player’s bets. This is because the dealer has a better chance of beating the player’s hand than the player has of getting a blackjack.
Blackjack is played on a semicircular table and can seat a number of different numbers of players. Generally, blackjack tables are designed to accommodate seven players, or “spots,” but some games can be played with up to 12 spots.
